I didn’t receive my ThirdFort invite? What should I do?  Featured Image

If you haven’t received your ThirdFort invite, there are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check your contact details: Make sure the mobile number in your account is correct. You can update this information yourself in your account settings.
  2. Complete your investor profile: If you haven’t completed your investor profile, please do so. Completing your profile triggers the invitation process.

If you’ve done both of these steps and still haven’t received an invite, it’s possible that you have a pending invite that’s causing an error. In this case, we’ll need to cancel the old invite and issue a new one.
