IFG.VC Limited (the “Company”), operating under its trading name Cur8 Capital, enables investors to invest in early-stage and growth-focused businesses and commercial real estate, and enables entrepreneurs to raise capital for those types of businesses from a range of investors, all through its online platform. This Privacy Notice describes what information the Company collects and how it is used, and applies to all services that the Company offers and all persons that the Company engages with. Where relevant, and as set out in our terms and conditions and in this privacy policy, the Company will share relevant data to comply with our and their regulatory requirement to our escrow payment provider Zedra Trust Company (UK) Limited, our custodian Thompson Taraz Depositaries Limited, and any other regulated partner as required for the smooth running of the service.
