This Pharmacy of the Future fund is a longer-term private equity investment. The Pharmacy Income Fund investment is a profit-sharing agreement which will be used by the group and you will be paid a return. You will not have exposure to the equity of the strategy.

This deal is income-based so there is no capital appreciation for investors. Investors in this deal will earn a stable return paid annually, whilst the Private Equity deal does not pay distributions. Investors in this deal expect their investment capital to be returned at the end of a 3-year period, at the same value as at investment. This deal is executed under a wakala structure.

The Pharmacy Income deal is also IF-ISA eligible, meaning you are able to earn tax free income as a UK tax-payer. Earnings from this deal will be classed as interest for tax purposes.
