We support local businesses through trade finance, real estate funding, and SME growth capital. Our VC fund drives tech entrepreneurship, while our PE fund helps SMEs scale sustainably.

Competitive Investment Landscape

We open access to market-leading returns in Private Equity without interest-based debt. We invest in Islamic home financing to expand access to affordable housing. Our GBP Income Fund increases access to halal home purchase products, while our USD Income Fund provides growth capital, enabling businesses to access sharia-compliant financing and expand their presence in the market.

Climate Focus

Seventeen percent of our VC portfolio targets climate solutions. We invest in asset financing for renewable energy and heat pumps, and we back efficiency upgrades in existing infrastructure, such as pharmacy refurbishments, to reduce environmental impact.
